The hotel's building is spectacular, with a medieval style and a stunning inner courtyard that creates a romantic atmosphere, perfect for a getaway. the rooms are spacious and offer the necessary comfort to relax, ideal for a couple's vacation. the breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from, including freshly made pastries and hot drinks, a great way to start the day.

The hotel's processes and handling of check-in and check-out are outdated and need improvement to provide better customer service. It felt like they were still living in the past, which made the experience less enjoyable.

Everything was spot on.

The building is truly historic and has a lovely inner courtyard. the rooms are quite spacious, which is a great advantage for those keeping budget. the breakfast is reasonable for the price. some of the decoration might not suit everybody's taste.

Their staff were unprofessional and rude when they were confronted about their mistake. Their outdated processes and inability to handle common reservations changes quickly did not make us feel welcome at all.
